Welcome to the Step By Step Early Childhood Programs
Step By Step Inc. has been providing quality Early Care & Education programs for children 6 weeks to 10 years old since 1993. Our mission is to provide every child an opportunity to grow and learn in a warm and loving environment. Our five programs are fully licensed as Day Care Centers by the Illinois Dept. of Children and Family Services. Our Alton and Brighton locations offer a part-day Illinois State Board of Education Pre-K program for eligible children. All of our Pre-School programs are conducted in a full day - full care partnership with Head Start. All of our centers also provide a USDA approved food program for all children enrolled.
